ROLE OVERVIEW. This role supports enrollment conversion, customer communication, scheduling, and administrative workflows across swim school operations.. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. 1. Customer Service & Lead Conversion (50%). Manage inbound and outbound calls . Convert inquiries into enrolled students . Provide program, pricing, and scheduling information . Manage bookings, reschedules, and cancellations . Follow up with leads and enrolled families . 2. Administrative & Operational Support (50%). Maintain CRM and student records . Coordinate scheduling between families and instructors . Assist with reporting and tracking tasks . Provide administrative support to management . Support social media coordination if required . REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS. 2+ years in customer service or VA roles . Strong phone communication skills . Bilingual English & Spanish preferred . Strong organization and multitasking skills .
