Accountabilities:. . Develop and maintain complex backend services with high reliability, security, and performance.. . Lead major platform initiatives, guiding architectural decisions and execution.. . Perform self-directed technical spikes and evaluations to inform platform strategy and mitigate risks.. . Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues using logs, telemetry, and team collaboration.. . Champion adoption of generative AI tools across all SDLC phases to improve workflows.. . Mentor and coach engineers to foster technical growth and high ownership.. . Continuously improve engineering practices such as code reviews, observability, and testing.. . . 8+ years of backend software engineering experience, especially with Java and Spring Boot in scalable SaaS platforms.. .
