In this role, you will be responsible for writing clear, engaging, and conversion-driven TikTok scripts that help creators feel confident on camera, understand exactly what to say, and produce content that drives sales without sounding overly promotional.. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who understands short-form storytelling, content psychology, and TikTok-style hooks, and can translate strategy into simple, repeatable scripts.. Responsibilities: . Write high-performing TikTok scripts for creators across multiple programs (academy, incubator, and talent ecosystem) . Develop scripts optimized for TikTok Shop performance, including: . Strong hooks . Clear talking points . Natural, non-salesy CTAs . Conversational and authentic delivery . Adapt scripts for creators who are: . New to content creation . Over 40 . Building confidence on camera .
