As an Outbound SDR, you’ll be responsible for driving pipeline across the DACH and English-speaking markets. You’ll use modern prospecting tools, engage senior stakeholders, and play a critical role in outbound strategy. This is not an entry-level role—you’re someone who’s already proven themselves in SaaS sales and now wants to sharpen their skills, grow into a closing role, and thrive in a high-performance, supportive team environment.. Accountabilities:. . Drive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and personalized campaigns. . Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and multi-threaded outreach. . Identify, engage, and qualify senior decision-makers (Directors, VPs, C-level). . Use tools like Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and AI assistants to operate at scale. . Maintain detailed records of outreach activity and results within the CRM. . Support field events and virtual campaigns to generate pipeline opportunities. . Stay informed on industry trends and company solutions to tailor your outreach. . Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on growth and shared success. . . 1+ years of experience in a SaaS SDR or BDR role, with a track record of success. . Fluent in both English and German (supporting DACH and English-speaking markets). . Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold calling and email outreach. . Familiarity with modern sales tools: Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset. .
