Handle inquiries from the public regarding government services, policies, and programs in Nordic languages via phone, email, and chat.. . Provide accurate information and guidance to citizens, ensuring that all communications are clear and effective.. . Assist in troubleshooting issues related to public services and offer necessary follow-up support.. . Document all customer interactions accurately to maintain proper records.. . Work collaboratively with various government departments to resolve inquiries efficiently.. . Stay informed about changes in government policies and services to provide up-to-date assistance.. . .
