You will manage sourcing, candidate engagement, and onboarding processes for a variety of roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The position involves high-volume recruiting, strategic outreach, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet organizational growth goals. Source, screen, and engage candidates for multiple roles across the organization.. . Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business goals.. . Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.. . Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics using Applicant Tracking Systems.. . Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and candidate communications to ensure a smooth recruitment process.. . Support onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a positive and efficient start.. . Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting practices to meet hiring targets and quality standards.. . . 1–2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting or agency recruiting, preferably in healthcare.. . Knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection best practices.. . Experience in directly engaging passive candidates or inside sales experience is a plus.. .
