You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams to guide clients through complex enterprise implementations, from discovery to post-live support. Your role will combine technical expertise, problem-solving, and customer engagement to optimize solution adoption and retention. You will manage project timelines, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure that client objectives are met efficiently. Accountabilities:. · Serve as a subject matter expert for platforms and products, guiding clients through solution design, implementation, and management.. · Collaborate with Sales to develop RFP strategies, analyze current processes, and design optimal workflows for clients.. · Lead project scoping, documentation, and interpretation of implementation requirements to provide actionable guidance.. · Facilitate cross-functional coordination to expedite project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.. · Address complex technical and non-technical challenges, using data-driven judgment to achieve the best outcomes for clients.. · Support client retention initiatives, including account reviews, solution reconfigurations, and new product/service positioning.. · Drive continuous improvement in implementation processes, championing client success and satisfaction.. · 3–5 years of consultative sales, project management, or program implementation experience with enterprise-level clients.. · Experience supporting enterprise B2B SaaS solutions through pre-sales, implementation, and post-live lifecycle stages.. · Expertise in optimizing client integrations and delivering high client satisfaction.. · Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple organizational levels.. · Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skills.. · Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.. · Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project, and Word.. · Comfortable working under pressure, taking initiative, and addressing challenges proactively.. · Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements (remote U.S.-based role)..
