As a Group Product Manager focused on Titan Intelligence, you will lead the vision and execution of innovative AI-powered solutions in the home services industry. This role combines strategic thinking and hands-on leadership to transform complex data into intelligent, scalable products that improve efficiency and performance. Collaborating with engineering, UX, and business teams, you’ll drive experimentation and productization of AI technologies that unlock automation and real-time decision-making. Lead the strategy, design, and rollout of AI and data-driven product initiatives aligned with business goals and future market needs.. . Identify opportunities for leveraging AI/ML to address operational challenges, and convert models into scalable enterprise applications.. . Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure smooth product development and adoption.. . Define, prototype, and validate AI-driven features using experimentation frameworks like A/B testing and uplift modeling.. . Shape model requirements, including LLM specifications, prompt engineering, and AI automation frameworks.. . Engage with customers and prospects to identify pain points and demonstrate the business value of AI-driven solutions.. . Stay on top of the latest AI innovations including fine-tuning LLMs, optimizing retrieval systems, and evaluating model performance.. . . Proven passion for AI innovation with a track record of delivering products that drive measurable business value.. . 10+ years in Technical Product Management, with recent experience in AI/ML development, data science, or experimentation methodologies.. . Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders.. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).. . Deep familiarity with LLMs, model governance, AI ethics, and AI deployment in enterprise environments.. . Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, Azure, Pendo, and FullStory.. . Experience in the home services industry (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) is a plus, but not required.. .
