As an EPeep, you’ll work on projects that have a real impact on students' lives and have the freedom, support and resources you need to develop your skills and grow your career.. We’re looking for a Project Lead to lead the creation and delivery of new educational resources on our EP platform. You’ll manage projects from concept through to launch, working closely with cross functional teams and external contributors to ensure content is high quality, on time and on budget. This role is a great opportunity to make a tangible impact on how our users learn, while continually improving the way we plan, produce and deliver content.. This position is offered as a 6 month fixed term contract and open to candidates across Ontario.. What you will do. . Lead end to end delivery of content projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met. . Plan, schedule and run high integrity projects with internal teams and contractors. . Monitor progress, manage risks and report on delivery status. . Lead recruitment and management of external contributors. . Chair regular project meetings and drive resolution of issues. . Manage project budgets and maintain accurate tracking. . Maintain and optimise Jira boards for content delivery tracking. . Identify and implement workflow efficiencies, including AI optimisation opportunities. . Set performance targets for the team, track results and support professional development. . Build and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture. . About you. . Proven experience managing end to end content projects in a commercial setting. . Strong ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams and external contractors. . Experience in lead high performing teams, fostering strong engagement. . Excellent communication and relationship building skills. . Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs. . Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and budget management. . A continuous improvement mindset, with experience in optimising workflows. .
