Assist clients with questions related to their subscription services and account management. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our support system. . Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively. . Provide customers with helpful tips on maximizing their subscription benefits. . Gather feedback to help improve our services and customer experience. . Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends. . Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Icelandic, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal.
