Provide independent financial advice to new and existing clients across a range of areas including pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning.. . Conduct thorough fact-finding, needs analysis, and risk assessments to deliver personalised financial solutions.. . Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.. . Keep up to date with market developments, financial products, legislation, and compliance requirements.. . Work collaboratively with paraplanners and administrators to ensure smooth and efficient client service.. . Maintain accurate and compliant client records in line with regulatory and internal standards.. . Requirements:. . Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) – essential.. . Level 6 or Chartered status – desirable, or willingness to progress towards this.. . Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client-facing advisory role.. . Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent client outcomes.. . Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and contribute to the wider team.. .
