Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to understand their physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.. . Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on best practices and patient responses.. . Use a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery and promote physical well-being.. . Track and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans appropriately.. . Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, self-care techniques, and injury prevention.. .
