In this role, you will be a key architect and operator of a modern, self-service Kubernetes platform that empowers hundreds of developers. You will help build a compelling internal Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) product, ensuring our application teams can ship software at an enterprise scale—fast, safe, and efficiently. We don't just chase trends; we choose technologies like AKS, Istio, Flux, and Crossplane because they deliver real value to our ecosystem.. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:. Design, develop, and operate a large-scale PaaS for containerized workloads, acting as the Azure Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team.. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to plan and implement the technical roadmap for our strategic cloud platform.. Build reliability and fault tolerance into the product, engineering systems that are simple to diagnose and fix. (Participation in out-of-hours support may be required).. Streamline developer workflows by maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure through Terraform and GitOps (Flux).. Guide and support the team by sharing technical knowledge, fostering an environment of performance and continuous learning.. Implement and maintain robust security standards using tools like Hashicorp Vault and OPA Gatekeeper.. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:. Extensive hands-on experience and expertise with Microsoft Azure in a commercial, large-scale environment.. Strong experience with . AKS . and cloud-native tooling (Helm, Istio, Flux, Crossplane).. Proven track record of managing and automating enterprise estates via . Terraform.. Proficiency in one or more of our core languages:. Go, Typescript, Python, or Bash..
