Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding mobile banking services.. . Assist users with account setup, password resets, and transaction issues.. . Collaborate with technical support to resolve complex issues efficiently.. . Stay updated on banking regulations, product changes, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.. .
