Accountabilities. . Partner with the Customer Success organization to deliver a world-class customer experience.. . Respond to and resolve high-volume support requests, ranging from simple questions to complex technical challenges.. . Guide customers through operational workflows to reduce time to value and ensure smooth adoption of products.. . Assist with deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and advice on integrations such as Cloud Connectors, Splunk, Jira, and ServiceNow.. . Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers, influencing product roadmap and improvements.. . Become a subject matter expert for specific areas of the platform, providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues as needed.. . Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate and resolve technical issues efficiently.. . . . 2+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.. . Basic knowledge of security tools, cloud providers, and the information security industry.. . Understanding of common network protocols such as HTTPS, SSH, SMTP, FTP, SMB, RDP, and SSL/TLS certificates.. . Comfort using REST APIs and Python for troubleshooting and automation tasks.. .
