As a Digital Product Manager for Security DevOps Automation, you will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of identity and access management (IAM) automation products. You will partner with cybersecurity, IT, and user experience teams to design secure, scalable self-service platforms that reduce operational friction and improve overall efficiency. The role requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, driving product adoption while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will influence cross-functional stakeholders, optimize automation processes, and mentor product peers, contributing directly to the resilience and agility of the technology ecosystem. Accountabilities. ·         Define product vision and strategy for IAM automation and related security solutions.. ·         Conduct market and user research to identify trends, needs, and competitive opportunities.. ·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products.. ·         Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and drive agile product ceremonies.. ·         Establish key product performance metrics and monitor analytics to inform data-driven decisions.. ·         Communicate progress, updates, and product outcomes to internal stakeholders and partners.. ·         Manage product budgets and resources efficiently while optimizing platform performance.. ·         Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products.. ·         Mentor and coach early-career product management peers within the organization.. ·         Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.. ·         7+ years of product management experience; 5+ years of software development lifecycle experience.. ·         Proven ability to lead products of significant scope and complexity.. ·         Strong technical understanding of networking, identity management solutions, cloud platforms, automation, and infrastructure as code.. ·         Experience with agile methodologies, product management tooling, and digital product lifecycle management.. ·         Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.. ·         Strong analytical skills to evaluate metrics, identify trends, and make informed product decisions.. ·         Experience in End User, Network, Compute, or Platform-as-a-Service products is a plus..
