Handle customer inquiries regarding data services, products, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German.. . Provide technical support and guidance on data-related questions and issues.. . Assist customers with troubleshooting, service modifications, and account updates.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient reporting.. . Collaborate with data management teams to enhance service delivery and resolve client concerns.. . Stay informed about industry developments and updates to provide clients with current information and best practices.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the data or technology sector.. .
