Define and own the go-to-market strategy and roadmap for data & AI governance offerings, aligning with market demand, regulatory trends, and core product ecosystem.. Build, lead, and scale a team across governance strategy, metadata & lineage, data quality, model governance, policy & compliance, risk management, and enablement.. Develop governance frameworks, standards, and toolsets covering data governance, model governance, and regulatory compliance.. Partner with engineering teams to embed governance capabilities into enterprise AI and data platforms.. Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, and security functions to anticipate and respond to regulatory requirements.. Evangelize governance as a value differentiator to internal and external stakeholders, quantifying business outcomes such as trust, risk reduction, and audit readiness.. Track KPIs for the business unit, manage budget, resources, and roadmap prioritization, and make strategic decisions on tooling and partnerships.. . 10+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, AI, and governance roles, with at least 5–7 years in senior leadership (VP/Director) positions.. Proven experience building and scaling governance programs in enterprise software, cloud, or data-centric companies.. Deep knowledge of data governance disciplines: metadata/lineage, data quality, stewardship, master data management, data cataloging, and model governance.. Expertise in AI/ML governance, including model monitoring, bias mitigation, transparency, and auditability..
