Global People Operations Support. . Establish and maintain scalable operational processes for our distributed remote team.. . Maintain accurate HRIS records and documentation. Ensure clean data for People analytics.. . Support benefits management, reimbursements, and related administration across countries.. . Support global HR operations, including IC contractors, EoR employees, and employees in UK, Serbia and Cyprus with local providers.. . People Experience & Admin. Support logistics for business travel, coworking access, and anniversary gifts.. Participate in People projects and initiatives, contributing HR operational expertise.. 5+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in tech or remote-first environments.. In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR documentation practices.. Experience managing outsourced payroll providers.. Proven ability to manage HR processes autonomously and handle sensitive matters with discretion.. Hands-on experience with HRIS and process automation tools.. Experience in supporting visa processes and expat relocations is a strong plus.. Strong organizational and project management skills.. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)..
