Accountabilities. · Lead and manage multiple integration projects across Workday and related enterprise systems, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.. · Act as a subject matter expert for Workday integrations, providing guidance on configuration, security, and workflow optimization.. · Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues, collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors.. · Develop and maintain system documentation, test scripts, and workflow diagrams for integrations and configuration changes.. · Mentor and support less experienced team members, fostering knowledge sharing and technical growth.. · Proactively identify barriers to project completion and implement solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.. · Apply Lean and process improvement methodologies to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.. · Participate in on-call rotations as needed to support critical system operations.. . · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.. · 7+ years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs, ERPs, ITSM) and application integrations.. · Demonstrated expertise in Workday system configuration and integrations.. · Epic, Workday, or relevant application certifications; Lean Green Belt or equivalent process improvement certification.. · Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives.. · Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.. · Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating across all levels of the organization.. · Preferred: healthcare industry experience and additional certifications such as PMP/CAPM.. .
