As an Applications Systems Specialist focused on Workday integrations, you will play a key role in enhancing enterprise business applications and streamlining workflows. You will lead complex projects, troubleshoot critical incidents, and implement system configurations that directly impact organizational efficiency and data integrity. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and influence the strategic development of integrations across HR, finance, and operational platforms. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, optimize business processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Exposure to emerging technologies, system certifications, and industry best practices will allow you to grow as a technical leader while ensuring reliable and secure application operations.. . Accountabilities. ·         Lead and manage multiple integration projects across Workday and related enterprise systems, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.. ·         Act as a subject matter expert for Workday integrations, providing guidance on configuration, security, and workflow optimization.. ·         Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues, collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors.. ·         Develop and maintain system documentation, test scripts, and workflow diagrams for integrations and configuration changes.. ·         Mentor and support less experienced team members, fostering knowledge sharing and technical growth.. ·         Proactively identify barriers to project completion and implement solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.. ·         Apply Lean and process improvement methodologies to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.. ·         Participate in on-call rotations as needed to support critical system operations.. . ·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.. ·         7+ years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs, ERPs, ITSM) and application integrations.. ·         Demonstrated expertise in Workday system configuration and integrations.. ·         Epic, Workday, or relevant application certifications; Lean Green Belt or equivalent process improvement certification.. ·         Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives.. ·         Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.. ·         Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating across all levels of the organization.. ·         Preferred: healthcare industry experience and additional certifications such as PMP/CAPM.. .
