VP- Digital Growth & E-commerce at Weekday AI. This role is for one of Weekday’s clients. Salary range: Rs 8000000 - Rs 10000000 (ie INR 80-100 LPA). Min Experience: 8 years. Location: India. JobType: full-time. We are seeking a senior leader to take ownership of our digital growth journey across D2C, e-commerce, and omnichannel. As VP – Digital Growth and E-Commerce, you will be responsible for guiding the digital strategy, build and managing specialist teams, and driving measurable business outcomes while preserving the premium positioning of the brand..  . This role is focused on strategic direction, leadership, and performance ownership. The operational execution will be supported by internal teams and external partners whom you will lead and guide. You will work closely with the CEO and other leadership stakeholders to drive alignment and long-term transformation across channels..  . Key Responsibilities.  . . Lead and scale the brand’s D2C, e-commerce, and omnichannel strategy across owned platforms and integrated retail . . Provide strategic direction to teams handling performance marketing, CRM, platform operations, UI/UX, digital content and merchandising. . Guide the execution of digital campaigns, product launches, customer experience journeys and analytics processes.. . Monitor digital business KPIs, analyze performance metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, conversions) and identify growth opportunities.. . Drive collaboration between marketing, retail, merchandising, operations and tech functions to ensure channel alignment.. . Identify and manage key agency and technology partners to accelerate performance.. . Launch new digital commerce initiatives while maintaining the luxurious feel of the brand across all digital touchpoints..  . . Ideal Candidate Profile.  . . Candidate must be currently working in the luxurious jewellery sector, with overall experience in the same domain. . Must have 3–4 years of recent experience in digital/e-commerce/omnichannel roles specifically in the jewellery space. . Proven leadership in scaling D2C or omnichannel initiatives within the jewellery sector. . Strong business acumen, with an ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence outcomes and drive results. . Excellent understanding of premium customer behavior and experience design in high-involvement categories. . Hands-on with business strategy, vendor management, analytics oversight and P&L leadership. . Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or custom D2C infrastructure is a plus. .
