Monday to Friday, morning hours . . What you will do:. As a Customer Service Advisor at Dexcom, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and patients by providing timely guidance, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance for our products and e-commerce platform. You will document all interactions in our CRM, derive actionable insights from customer feedback, and contribute to smooth operational processes within a multinational team..  . More specifically:. . Answers incoming calls, places outbound calls, and responds to emails and social media requests in a timely manner, clearly documenting all correspondence in company CRM. . Provides guidance to Dexcom Customers/Patients with regards to product offerings and e-commerce platform usage. . Provides technical support in issues related to Dexcom mobile apps, cloud software and associated hardware. . Troubleshoots and seeks solutions to problems related to questions and concerns received from Dexcom Customers/Patients. . Utilizes salesforce.com/Genesys for incoming workload handling. . Records and analyzes customers’ feedback and derives operational measures from it. . Takes on other assigned tasks if necessary. . . What we are looking for (in that order):. . Fluent in both English and Dutch. . 1-2 years of experience in Operations/Customer Service area (ideally in pharmaceutical industry). . Computer Literacy (e.g. MS Office). . Active listening and empathy towards customers’ needs. . Accountability and ability to work within a multinational team. . Experience in the use of CRM programs (e.g. Salesforce) will be highly appreciated. .  .
