Define and execute a long-term talent development roadmap aligned to company goals, turning strategic vision into actionable quarterly deliverables.. . Anticipate future skill needs and design adaptive learning programs using inclusive design, Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, and AI-powered tools.. . Lead innovation in learning experiences, from AI-assisted microlearning to personalized cohort programs, ensuring global accessibility and impact.. . Overhaul performance management into a continuous growth framework, integrating data-driven insights into individual and team development plans.. . Embed AI proficiency across the organization through targeted curricula and skill standards.. . Oversee the strategy, adoption, and optimization of learning technologies (LMS/LXP/TXP) and their integration with broader talent systems.. . Partner cross-functionally with leaders in People, Product, Engineering, DIB, and Compensation to link development with career progression and organizational capability.. . Implement succession planning strategies to identify, accelerate, and retain high-potential talent, supported by real-time pipeline health dashboards.. . Build and maintain analytics frameworks, A/B testing methodologies, and executive dashboards to measure learning outcomes and business impact.. . . 10+ years of experience in talent development, performance management, or learning design, with global program delivery experience.. . Advanced knowledge of learning technologies (LMS, LXP, TXP) and AI-enabled learning solutions.. . Mastery of ADDIE and SAM instructional design models, with a portfolio of impactful learning experiences for distributed teams.. . Proven leadership experience, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and facilitate strategic alignment across diverse teams.. . Strong vision-to-execution capabilities, managing complex initiatives from concept to delivery in fast-changing environments.. . High data fluency with the ability to turn learning metrics into actionable insights, including experience with analytics, A/B testing, and measurement frameworks.. .
