Responsibilities. . Assist German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat by addressing their questions related to travel bookings, itineraries, and services.. . Provide detailed information about destinations, accommodations, and travel policies to enhance the customer experience.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.. . Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain quality customer service.. . Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless travel arrangements and service delivery.. . Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, and company updates to provide timely support to clients.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.. .
