The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, planning, and executing events that help us achieve our organization's goals and objectives. . As an event coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of events, including planning, budgeting, logistics, marketing, and post-event evaluation.. Role Scope. . Plan and organize events that align with the NGO's mission and goals.. . Develop and manage event budgets and work within budget constraints.. . Manage all event details, including event registration, venue selection, etc.. . Coordinate with event vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure that all aspects of the event are in line with the organization's goals.. . Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance along with our Marketing Team.. . Ensure that all events comply with local regulations and safety standards.. . Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful event planning and execution.. . Requirements. . Excellent organizational and project management skills.. . Experience in event planning or management.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.. .
