Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. . Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Fitbit products and services. . Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices. . Accurately document all customer interactions in our support system. . Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary. . Encourage customer engagement by providing timely and helpful responses. .
