Sales Development Representative (Digital Marketing) at Lago. Role: Sales Development Representative. Schedule: Monday - Friday. 8AM - 4PM MST ( Full time). Compensation: $7/hr + Commissions. Remote: LATAM Only . We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, supporting pipeline growth, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive and highly motivated professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for business development in the digital marketing space.. Responsibilities. Qualify and follow up with inbound leads from Meta and other channels,. Coordinating with senior sales staff the prospects to closed the deals. . Nurture and re-engage the existing lead list. Support light outbound efforts to help diversify acquisition channels; including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email campaigns.. Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline update and assist with administrative tasks and pipeline management to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads.. Experience supporting Meta-driven funnels. Strong calendar coordination and meeting confirmation habits. Ability to work through inconsistent lead flow. Proactive communicator with ownership mindset. Comfortable in a test-and-iterate environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English ( B2-C1). Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, paid advertising, web design) is a plus, with a willingness to learn and adapt.. Previous experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is advantageous.. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities effectively..
