Provide exceptional customer service support to German-speaking clients in the Government & Public Sector.. . Handle inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or online chat in a timely manner.. . Assist clients in understanding government services and procedures.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.. . Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.. . Provide feedback to management on service improvement opportunities.. . Stay updated on government policies, procedures, and relevant industry information.. . .
