As an M&A VP/Director at Partner One, you will play a pivotal role in driving the entire M&A lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to transaction close. Build and maintain strong relationships with owner-operators, investment bankers and large corporations. Conduct early-stage discussions with business owners and senior executives to qualify targets for fit and deal probability. Leadership:. Manage a team of analysts/associates. Transaction Leadership:. Independently lead M&A transactions from origination to close. Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Offer Structuring & Negotiation:.
