This person will design, develop, and deploy predictive models, machine learning solutions, and analytical frameworks that support product innovation and strategic decision‑making. Build and optimize machine learning models and statistical algorithms.. Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and insights.. Develop dashboards, visualizations, and automated reporting tools.. Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate data‑driven insights into strategy.. Validate model performance and ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability.. Communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.. 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.. Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and ML libraries (Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)..
