Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Nordic languages regarding transportation inquiries.. . Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.. . Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and changes to their transportation plans.. . Maintain up-to-date knowledge of transportation services and related policies.. . Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.. . Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.. . Provide information on pricing, schedules, and travel routes to customers.. . . Fluency in at least one Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English.. . Proven experience in customer service or a related field.. . Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.. . Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.. . Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.. .
