In this role, you will support the growth of our presence in the BR & LATAM markets by building relationships with influencers and streamers, coordinating campaigns, and assisting in the development of creative collaborations.. Responsibilities:. . Define, plan, and execute the social media strategy to drive brand engagement and hit commercial KPIs.. . Contribute to developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.. . Identify and acquire target streaming partners (KOLs/Influencers) in Brazil across platforms like Twitch, YouTube, Facebook Gaming, TikTok, and Instagram.. . Negotiate and close deals with selected KOLs and influencers.. . Assist in planning a comprehensive streamer acquisition and retention strategy.. . Manage the budget for acquiring streaming partners and converting their viewers.. . . Requirements:. . . Fluent in English and Portuguese (Brazil). . Spanish is a strong plus (Critical for the other LATAM markets). . Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.. . Proficiency in social media platforms and a strong understanding of influencer/streamer culture.. . Proven experience in negotiation and partnership management.. . Proficiency in Excel. . Strong numerical skills for calculating commissions and performance metrics. . Experience in customer service and/or sales. . . Company Location: Brazil.
