Talent Acquisition Specialist . to join our team and lead end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles. Proactively build and nurture a . long-term candidate pipeline. for critical and recurring roles.. . Source talent across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, niche communities, and professional networks using Boolean search and other advanced sourcing techniques.. . Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.. . Manage the entire interview process, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment with job expectations.. . Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire) to optimize hiring outcomes.. . Maintain accurate tracking and progress updates through . daily reports. and internal systems.. . Ensure a great candidate experience through consistent, clear, and professional communication.. . Support and coordinate . the onboarding process . for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the team.. .
