Key Responsibilities. :. Conduct outreach to lawyers across various practice areas, initiating contact to gauge their interest in transferring to a new firm. . Engage in phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to build relationships and initiate discussions on potential partnerships. . Understand the unique needs and career goals of lawyers to tailor conversations around firm opportunities and benefits. . Identify and present opportunities within our client firms that align with the lawyers' professional objectives and expertise. . Utilize CRM tools to track communications and manage potential leads through the outreach and interest-check process. . Collaborate with legal firm partners to align lawyer candidates with the firm’s needs, ensuring a seamless transition. . Provide insightful feedback and reporting on outreach progress, trends, and results to stakeholders.. . Experience. : 2+ years in recruitment, preferably with experience in legal recruitment or recruiting professionals. . . Skills. : .
