Provide detailed information on property listings, including specifications, pricing, and availability.. . Assist customers with scheduling viewings, submitting applications, and understanding transaction processes.. . Resolve customer issues and concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.. . Document customer interactions accurately and maintain concise records in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with real estate agents and management teams to facilitate seamless service delivery.. . Stay updated on market trends and changes in the real estate industry to better assist clients.. . . Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.. .
