As a member of our team, you will assist clients in navigating property inquiries, managing listings, and addressing any concerns, all while communicating effectively in one of the Nordic languages.. Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries regarding real estate properties, services, and market trends via phone, email, and live chat in a Nordic language.. . Provide detailed information on property listings, including specifications, pricing, and availability.. . Assist customers with scheduling viewings, submitting applications, and understanding transaction processes.. . Resolve customer issues and concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.. . Document customer interactions accurately and maintain concise records in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with real estate agents and management teams to facilitate seamless service delivery.. . Stay updated on market trends and changes in the real estate industry to better assist clients.. . . Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service, especially in the real estate or property management sector is preferred.. . Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.. .
