We’re looking for a hands-on, creative and highly organised Field Marketing Manager to lead our event marketing efforts across Europe – with a strong focus on the UK and DACH markets. In this global role, you’ll drive the planning, execution and promotion of field events, while creating engaging event-related content that boosts visibility and drives attendance. You'll report to the Vice President of Marketing and Communication and work closely with the Sales as well as the regional marketing team.. What you'll do. Event planning execution. . Plan and run end-to-end field marketing activities: industry events, roundtables, trade fairs, partner events and webinars. . Coordinate logistics, manage stand setup and ensure a smooth on-site presence. . Align event plans with sales goals and ensure clear pre- and post-event workflows for lead generation and follow-up. . Evaluate performance and ROI of each event, and improve future campaigns accordingly. . Event-focused content creation. . With the support of our in-house Designer, create and localise marketing materials for events: flyers, roll-ups, booth visuals, presentations, swag, and more. . Develop campaign assets for event promotion: email invitations, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, paid ad creatives. . Tailor messaging to match local audiences (UK & DACH), brand tone and value propositions. . Coordinate translations and localisation in German and English where needed. . . Collaboration & alignment. . Work closely with regional teams and external partners to maximise event impact. . Align activities with global marketing priorities and support campaign rollouts. . Maintain and manage event calendars, checklists, assets and timelines across all stakeholders. . . What you bring. . Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or similar. . 5+ years of experience in field marketing and B2B event execution, ideally in SaaS or tech. . Strong background in event-focused content creation (e.g. flyers, banners, emails, social media). . Native-level German and fluent English – must-have. . Skilled in tools like Canva, Figma, and ideally video tools like Synthesia. . Confident project manager with a structured and proactive approach. . Experience in real estate, fintech or proptech is a strong plus. . Team player with excellent communication skills and a "get-things-done" attitude. . Willing to travel regularly to the UK, Germany, Austria and other European countries. . . Why join us?.
