In this exciting role, you will assist our Dutch-speaking customers in navigating our range of fitness and sports products. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inquiries related to product specifications, order processing, returns, and general customer support. Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch for inquiries about fitness and sports equipment.. . Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns.. . Provide detailed information on product features, usage, and best practices.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.. . Collaborate with logistics and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.. . Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.. . Experience in customer service, preferably in retail or sports equipment sectors.. . Strong communication skills with a focus on customer-centric service.. . Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries effectively.. . Familiarity with customer service software or order management systems is a plus.. .
