Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch for inquiries about fitness and sports equipment.. . Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns.. . Provide detailed information on product features, usage, and best practices.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.. . Collaborate with logistics and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.. . Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.. .
