You’ll play a key role in turning targeted outbound outreach into meaningful product demo bookings and help us establish a repeatable, scalable pipeline for our Change Playbook launch.. In this role, you will:. 💡 Develop and launch highly personalized, ICP-specific campaigns across LinkedIn and email, focused on delivering initial value and insight to prospects.. 🧩 Craft clear, premium-aligned copy and run structured A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion rates.. 📈 Qualify prospects and secure demo appointments while maintaining warm, professional communication.. 📊 Manage data and tools (lists, automations, analytics), maintain data accuracy, and report on weekly KPIs.. ⚙️ Keep systems synced (Lead list ↔ HubSpot ↔ Mailchimp), track performance, and propose structured improvements.. 🛡️ Execute outreach aligned with our premium brand voice and privacy standards.. ⏰ This is a full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time role (around 24–25 hours/week), spread across five weekdays, with collaboration centered on Central European Time (CET/CEST).. To excel in this role, you need:. ✅ 3-5 years proven success in B2B/SaaS sales, business development, or sales operations.. ✅ Hands-on HubSpot experience (campaigns, automations, dashboards).. ✅ Strong track record running outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.. ✅ Skilled with tools like Instantly and Apollo/HeyReach (or similar).. ✅ Data-driven approach with KPI tracking and A/B testing experience.. ✅ Excellent written and spoken English.. ✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable..
