Full-cycle recruitment for key and supporting roles (IT, marketing, analytics, sales, etc.).. . Sourcing candidates through professional platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, etc.) as well as using creative approaches for challenging positions.. . Conducting initial interviews, assessing candidates’ skills and cultural fit.. . Coordinating all hiring stages, including technical interviews and final meetings with managers.. . Building a talent pool for key positions.. . Analyzing and improving recruitment processes and suggesting new approaches for optimization.. . Maintaining and developing the company’s HR brand, participating in events aimed at attracting talent.. . . Knowledge of modern methods and tools for candidate sourcing.. . Ability to handle large volumes of information and prioritize effectively.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. . English proficiency at B2 level or higher for communication with international candidates.. . Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trustful relationships with candidates and hiring managers.. . Ability to work in a multitasking environment and quickly adapt to changes.. .
