Developing and executing product strategies, setting short-term and long-term goals, and monitoring market trends to guide decision-making.. . Managing financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and assessing the effectiveness of product initiatives.. . Overseeing product development processes to ensure projects meet timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements.. .
