We are seeking a dynamic Presales Engineer to join a fast-growing, AI-driven technology team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and business needs, guiding prospective clients through complex solutions and proofs of concept. You will lead technical discovery sessions, deliver tailored demonstrations, and provide strategic advice that directly influences customer decisions. This is a client-facing role that combines hands-on technical problem-solving with consultative selling, offering exposure to innovative AI technologies and opportunities to collaborate closely with product, research, and management teams. Your contributions will have a direct impact on sales success and product evolution, all within a collaborative, high-energy, and globally distributed environment.. . Accountabilities. . Lead in-depth technical discovery sessions to understand complex customer processes and requirements. . Design and propose tailored solutions that align with business needs and technical architecture. . Deliver customized presentations and live demonstrations that clearly communicate value and functionality. . Translate complex technical and architectural concepts into simple explanations for business stakeholders. . Address technical challenges, including scripting, system configuration, and integration questions. . Collaborate with Product, Research, Services, and Management teams to provide feedback and insights. . Own the customer’s technical journey throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a seamless experience. . Conduct cost/benefit and risk analyses to support sales opportunities and solution proposals. . . . Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a strong track record in technical discovery and solution design. . Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for maximum impact. . Technical proficiency, comfortable discussing system architecture, integrations, and AI technologies. . Experience or interest in AI and automation solutions. . Domain knowledge in finance, logistics, or ERP systems such as Coupa, SAP, or Netsuite. . Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to handle diverse technical challenges. . Collaborative mindset with independence, self-drive, and fast learning capabilities. . Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (additional languages a plus). .
