What you'll be doing:. . Lead the ideation and execution of blockchain-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap.. . Define requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize blockchain integrations, smart contracts, and crypto transaction flows.. . Explore and assess blockchain solutions to enhance scalability, security, and transaction efficiency.. . Evaluate potential integrations with wallets, custody providers, and decentralized technologies to improve the user experience.. . Work closely with marketing, engineering, and UX teams to optimize the user journey.. . Utilize Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Mixpanel to track user behavior and measure success.. . Identify opportunities to enhance the user journey and conversion rates within the product.. . Qualification/Requirements:. . 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on crypto, blockchain, or DeFi products, is required.. . Strong execution skills, with the ability to take blockchain-related initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.. . Ability to manage product priorities, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure smooth execution.. . Strong documentation skills, capable of writing clear product specs, user flows, and roadmaps.. . Deep knowledge of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, wallets, and crypto transaction flows.. . Strong understanding of L1/L2 scaling solutions, DeFi protocols, and tokenomics.. . Experience working with crypto exchanges, wallets, or decentralized applications (dApps).. . Familiarity with on-chain and off-chain data tracking for product analytics.. . Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Asana for managing product development and documentation.. .
