Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and gather feedback.. . Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and behaviors, informing design improvements.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment on design vision and execution.. . Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, including style guides and component libraries, to ensure consistency across products.. . Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously elevate the design process.. . Effectively communicate design decisions and concepts to team members and clients, building a shared understanding of design goals.. . Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a relevant field.. . 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design or related fields.. .
