Responsibilities. . Provide excellent customer service to Nordic-speaking clients in the IT sector.. . Respond to technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues via phone, email, and live chat.. . Guide customers through basic troubleshooting processes to resolve their IT-related problems.. . Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and solutions provided.. . Collaborate with technical teams to escalate issues that require further investigation.. . Identify areas for process improvement within the customer service experience.. . Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.. . . Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) and English.. . Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the IT industry.. .
