Sales & Legal Operations Specialist | Remote | LATAM Only | 87008 at Remote Talent LATAM. Remote Talent LatAm is partnering with our client, a growing AI startup, to hire a proactive Sales & Legal Operations Specialist. In this role, you’ll directly manage enterprise contracts, NDA clauses, and negotiate risk-related clauses with major institutions. This is a client-facing role, requiring client calls, strong English communication and tactical skills.. Key Responsibilities. Contract review and management using existing templates. Supporting negotiations and amendments with large institutions (primarily universities). Ensuring compliance with NDAs and risk-related clauses. Coordinating follow-ups with clients and keeping contract workflows organized. Acting as a trusted point of contact to clearly explain contractual terms. Participate in client calls and formal presentations. Proactively improving internal processes (startup mindset). Legal background preferred (attorney or paralegal in home country). Strong contract and compliance experience. Excellent English (spoken and written). Confident communicator, comfortable working with external stakeholders. Highly proactive, self-starter, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment. Eastern Time zone work schedule mandatory. Company Location: Honduras.
