Provide technical leadership, mentoring data engineers and reviewing design and implementation best practices. . Required Skills & Experience. . 8–20 years. of experience as a . Data Architect or Oracle Data Engineer. , preferably within financial services. . Strong hands-on expertise in . Oracle databases. , . PL/SQL. , and complex . stored procedures. . . Proven experience with . Python and/or PySpark. for data engineering and transformation workflows. . Deep domain knowledge of . Investment Management, Asset Management, Fund Accounting. , or related financial data domains. . Strong understanding of financial instruments, including . securities, trades, holdings, positions, and transactions. . . Experience designing enterprise-scale . data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytical data stores. . . Ability to work with large, complex, and highly regulated datasets with strict accuracy requirements. . Nice to Have. Exposure to cloud data platforms or hybrid architectures. .
