Source, attract, and engage potential candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.. . Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.. . Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, providing a positive experience for both clients and candidates.. . Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.. . Stay informed about industry trends and technologies to enhance sourcing and recruitment strategies.. . . Proven experience as a recruiter or similar position is preferred.. .
