As a Performance Designer with expertise in motion and video, you’ll collaborate across a range of clients to shape and execute visual identities for paid social and the broader commerce ecosystem. You’re passionate about creating assets that not only look beautiful but also drive measurable performance. With a strong understanding of how to balance storytelling with conversion, you design for formats that truly resonate. You’re fluent in the latest organic and paid social design principles, adept at e-commerce creative, and skilled at translating brand guidelines into high-impact, channel-optimized visuals that capture today’s digital shopper. Create and produce high-quality, high-volume, on-brand design solutions across a diverse range of clients. . Design social media assets for various platforms, including static, motion, and video formats . . Build Amazon assets including PDPs (Product Detail Pages), Brand Storefronts, A+ Content, and Premium A+ modules. . Apply brand guidelines to ensure cohesive and compelling visual storytelling. . Quickly adapt to the nuances of designing for specific channels such as commerce/retail, social media, and more. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute visually impactful and effective digital designs for websites, retailers, social media, and other digital platforms. . Work closely with client teams to understand their brand identity, business goals, and design preferences. . Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met. . Present and articulate design concepts to some clients, while playing a supporting and learning role with others, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed. . Design with performance in mind, leveraging data and reports to optimize creative effectiveness. . Stay current on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to elevate our creative capabilities. . . 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in digital marketing, e-commerce, or retail. . A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work, including paid and organic social campaigns, and motion/video projects. . Solid understanding of design fundamentals including layout, form, color, texture, and typography across both digital and print formats. . Proficiency in Figma, with experience using it for layout design, collaboration, and working within design systems. . Ability to accurately interpret and apply brand guidelines and style systems to new and existing creative assets with minimal oversight. . Bonus skills: experience with video editing, animation, UX/UI design, or motion graphics. . Familiarity with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut (for design and animation), Asana (for project management), and Slack (for team communication). . Company Location: Honduras.
