Key Responsibilities. Develop compelling creative concepts and marketing strategies across digital platforms (paid social, video, email, and web). . Collaborate with content, design, and performance teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment. . Use data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and inform future creative direction. . Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. . Present campaign ideas and performance reports to internal and client stakeholders. . Guide copy and visual direction to maximize engagement and conversions. . Stay updated on emerging creative formats, platform innovations, and consumer behavior trends.. 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or advertising (agency or in-house). . Proven ability to craft creative briefs, content strategies, and campaign frameworks. . Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in using data tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar). . Excellent communication and presentation skills. .
