We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and client-focused . Luxury Travel Support Executive. to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide crucial back-office and client support for our Travel Designers, helping to ensure that every itinerary runs smoothly from planning to return. This role is employed with a consulting contract and the position is fully remote with occasional travel to HQ in Zurich or partner venues.. Key Responsibilities. . Support Travel Designers by managing booking confirmations, supplier communications, documentation, and itinerary accuracy.. . Communicate directly with travel advisors and clients to assist with pre- and post-booking requests, travel changes, and concierge-level service needs.. . Liaise with high-end partners including luxury hotels, DMCs, airlines, and ground transport providers.. . Monitor ongoing trips and proactively address any issues, changes, or emergencies.. . Loading and maintaining Supplier records in the company’s internal booking system.. . Maintain precise and up-to-date records in CRM and booking systems.. . Assist the VP-Travel as and when required.. . Uphold the brand's reputation by consistently delivering polished, discreet, and timely service. . Profile / Competences / Behaviour. . Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury travel, hospitality, or concierge service industry.. . Familiarity with GDS systems (e.g. Galileo/Travelport, Sabre) and travel CRM tools (e.g. Sugati) is a strong advantage.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.. . Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.. . Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a remote work setting.. . Deep appreciation for and knowledge of luxury travel standards and destinations.. .
